Ø  Item Group Creation & Items assignments to Item Group

Ø  Create Position

Ø  Create Master Configuration

Ø  Create Position Under Master Configuration

Ø  Associate Item Groups with a Position

Item Group Creation

Navigation: Oracle Complex MRO : Configuration Management : Master Configuration: Alternate Parts

ü  Create a Group Name and add description

ü  Under this group add the list of items.

ü  Click on “Apply”

ü  Click on “Submit for Approval”

Create Position

Navigation: Application Developer: Application : Lookups : Application Object Library : Lookup Type = AHL_POSITION_REFERENCE

Creation of Master Configuration

Navigation: Oracle Complex MRO : Configuration Management : Master Configuration: Overview

Click on Create Master Configuration

Enter the Master Name & Description.

Select the Position and Item Group from the LOV.

Select the UOM from the LOV.

Click on “Apply”

Click on Alternate Items to find the Item List Under the Same Group

In Actions select Add and click on Go to add the child nodes.

Click on “Apply”

In Actions “Submit for Approval” to change the status from Draft to Complete.

Check the status and it will be “Complete”
