Shipping Network

  Shipping Network Setup has to be done to transfer material from source to destination organization.

Transfer can be done in multiple ways

1. Direct Org Transfer

Material can be transferred from source to destination organization without receipt transaction.

 2. In Transit Shipment

Material can be transferred from source to destination organization with receipt transaction.Note: If material has to be transferred between operating unit then enable the flag Internal Order Required only  then IR(Internal Requisition) & ISO (Internal Sales Order) transactions can be performed.

If In-transit option is selected then select the FOB as shipment or Receipt. FOB refers to Free on Board which will guide us the responsible person ,till which area the sender and receivers are responsible for the shipment.

Select the Receipt Routing as Direct, Standard, Inspection Required as per business need
