Define Routing

Create routing and assign sequence of operations to it.

Step Dependencies 

1. Start to Start 
2. Finish to Start

Start to Start -It means once the 1st operation is started consecutive operations can be started.

Finish to Start - It means once the 1st operation is started consecutive operations cannot be started until and unless the 1st operation is completed.

Note: I have given the examples with 1st operation, but the same concept work for further operations too...

Loss Types

Process loss displays the material that is lost through the process.

Theoretical Loss

It is the expected loss . For example loss due to evaporation of the material.

Planned Loss

It is the loss of material planned.

Fixed Loss

It is the fixed loss of material.
