Setup

Organization Level

1.Create an item (mm_new1) & apply Purchasing Template.

2.Enter List Price if it “Buy” item.

3.In General Planning Tab, Inventory Planning Method:Min-Max; Enter Min-Max Qty & Ordered Quantity.  Source Type: Subinventory

As per the above setup, following can be concluded

1.Maximum 1000 items can be present

2.Minimum of 100 items needs to be present in inventory

3.If there are no items in an inventory then a single requisition order with 2 lines each of 400 will be raised

Transaction Process Flow

Give Planning Options as Subinventory Level

Also set restock value to yes. If we give this option as no then only a report will be created

but interface tables won't be hit.

Submit the concurrent program once its completed min max planning report will be

generated.

Click on view output

Run Move Order PickSlip to get the report

In Option you can set the persons to whom this information to be notified

Click on OK

View the report output

Navigate to Transact Move Order Screen to query the MO

Click on Find. Allocate and Perform Move Order Transaction
