as Lot Enabled Item then you have to run this concurrent to get the lot cost.

Actual Cost Process- In case if the Ingredient, Product, By-Product Costing is defined as Actual Cost.  Run this concurrent to get the costing.

Example :

Standard Cost Roll up - Run the Standard Cost Roll up if you want the cost to be calculated for the batch transactions.

Before you run this concurrent define the standard cost in Item Cost Window for a particular period.
