 Navigation: Supplier User Administrator : Supplier User Creation : Invite Supplier User

Home Page

Enter the supplier name you want to invite to register into I supplier portal

Enter the supplier email address

Provide description in note to supplier field

Select the application you want to provide access to the supplier user Id.

Supplier user id will be the supplier email id entered.

Click on Invite

Invitation will be sent to supplier

Now login from supplier mail

Click the link to register and provide the requested information

Fill the details and submit

Once submit button is clicked it will be notified to buyer

Login using Buyer details

Click on the notification.

To Approve or Reject the Supplier Registration navigate to below path and approve it.

Navigation: Supplier User Administrator >Supplier User Administration > Approve Users and Manage User Profile

Keep User Status as Pending Approval and Click Go

Click View details

Select the responsibility to give access to supplier

Once you click approve user will be notified via email

Login into user email address

You can find the user name and password is given to you for accessing the I supplier portal.
