Create 4 lines with same pricing phase , incompatibility group and bucket and precedence all are same . To achieve this shift F6 will copy the existing line as it is. Discount is set as 10% for all the lines.

Now test the sale order how many modifier is applied whether all line will be applied or anyone line will be applied

Now I have enter qty as 10 and initial price is 10 . When all the modifier is applied the unit price will  be 6 .

Let me illustrate below

That is 10 % of 100 =0.1 

So 0.1 *100 (total actual value )= 10

100-10 = 90 (total value)

90/10(qty) = 9 is the unit price

Again from the total 100 value 20% discount is applied

So 0.2*100 = 20

100-20 = 80 (total value)

80/10(qty) = 8 is the unit price

Again from the total 100 value 30% discount is applied

So 0.3*100 = 30

100-30 = 70 (total value)

70/10(qty) = 7 is the unit price

Again from the total 100 value 40% discount is applied

So 0.4*100 = 40

100-40 = 60 (total value)

60/10(qty) = 6 is the unit price

As there no restriction all the modifier is applied
