Flex Field Creation

 Before creating Business group create the below key flex fields

    
    Grade Flex Field

          Navigation: Oracle Inventory: Setup: Flex Fields: Key : Segments

      Create new grade flex field

    After Creating the Grade flex field assign the values as shown below

    Group Flex Field

           
          Navigation: Oracle Inventory: Setup: Flex Fields : Key :Segments  

               Create Group with values such as Admin, Marketing, HR , Finance , Apps, Sales

           Job Flex Field

         Navigation: Oracle Inventory: Setup: Flex Fields: Key: Segments

           Create Job flex field with values such as Buyer, Manager, HOD, Finance 

  

         Position Flex Field

         Navigation: Oracle Inventory:Setup: Flex Fields: Key: Segments

     Create position flex field structure and add the values against the value set as shown below

After creating all these flex fields create BG and attach these flex fields.
